1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Since our products are handmade, certain items may require additional preparation time. If so, we will notify you promptly.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier availability.
Typical delivery times:
- Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
Please note that delivery may take longer during holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
- Charges may vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation message
- A tracking number or courier reference (when available)

5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review the case and guide you through the return process.
