Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your product only if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The item is not what you ordered
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging.
Non‑Returnable Conditions
To maintain fairness and product integrity, the following conditions do not qualify for return:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of color, texture, or minor handmade variations
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Handmade items may have slight variations — these are part of their natural charm and not considered defects.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the shipment/courier cost when sending the product back to us.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take 3–7 working days
